1. The service

TiviCode provides access to a streaming service that you use with compatible player apps and devices. Availability of channels and content can vary and is updated regularly; we do not guarantee that specific channels or programmes are available at all times.

Player apps and devices are third-party products. TiviCode does not supply them and is not responsible for their operation, availability or any costs.

2. Ordering and activation

An order is concluded once we have confirmed it and received payment. You then receive your personal access details.

You are responsible for providing correct and complete information and for keeping your access details confidential.

3. Prices and payment

All prices on the website are in euros. You pay once for the chosen term. Plans do not renew automatically.

We may change prices for new orders. A running plan stays unchanged until the end of its term.

4. Use of the service

Your subscription is personal and intended for private use within your own household, on the number of devices included in your plan.

You use the service in accordance with the laws that apply in your country. Reselling, sharing or publicly showing your access is not permitted without written consent.

In case of misuse we may suspend or end access.

5. Availability and quality

We do our best to deliver the service as reliably as possible. Quality also depends on factors outside our control, such as your internet connection, your device and the app you use. Temporary outages or maintenance may occur.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect damage or for issues arising from third-party apps or devices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with the date of the most recent change.
